As the Chief Customer Officer at SYSPRO, JP is responsible for overseeing the company’s customer-focused initiatives and driving strategies that enhance the overall customer experience. He leads the development of customer-centric solutions, ensuring alignment with the organization’s technology vision, growth plans, and services strategy.

JP leverages digital innovation to provide integrated technology solutions that drive improved user experiences. He plays a key role in standardizing and streamlining processes and systems within SYSPRO to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Having started his career at SYSPRO in 2013 as Product Owner for Financial Services, JP has built extensive expertise in strategic planning, business process re-engineering, and IT infrastructure. This experience has enabled him to establish a robust Services Practice within the company, focusing on IT, Consulting, and Support in his previous role as Chief Services and Technology Officer.
Through the adoption of best practices in Information Technology, governance, and a relentless commitment to excellence, JP continues to empower both SYSPRO partners and customers.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Law) degree and a Master’s in Business Leadership (MBL) with a specialization in Information Technology.
