The ongoing training, education, and certification you receive through the SYSPRO Learning Channel (SLC), will help you apply the SYSPRO solution expertly and confidently, ensuring you are able to provide on-going improvements and the optimization of all aspects of SYSPRO.
So that you are able to quickly and easily access the relevant information from the right place at the right time, the SYSPRO Learning Channel (SLC) consists of an Open Learning Library, Self-paced Learning, Certification and Classroom Sessions (physical and virtual classroom):
Open Learning Library
Houses a vast collection of freely available educational content, including:
- Training guides covering SYSPRO modules, features, roles, processes, enhancements, and solutions
- Step-by-step ‘how to’ tutorials
- Feature demo videos
- Conceptual videos
- Recorded webinars
- Create your own content playlists, download files, and follow content which interests you.
- Allows you to manage your learning requirements by following a structured learning path or focusing on specific areas where you need additional information
- Stay up-to-date and informed on the latest SYSPRO features and functionality
- Monitor your own progress and compare your progress with others on the leaderboards.
These are based on Partner Contact Roles and your grading (Premium or Registered). There are defined Learning Paths for Sales, Pre-Sales, ERP Implementation Consultants, Support Consultants and Project Managers. The PartnerUP registration will provide a number of users’ access to Certifications based on your requirements.
End-User SLC Plus membership
SLC Plus is a cost-effective annual subscription-based learning platform presented by SYSPRO. Learners also have the option to utilize the platform on a Pay-As-You-Go basis. Learners can access educational content from a single location and administrators have the ability to track their ongoing performance with ease. It can serve as a consistent and standardized on-boarding platform for your organization and employers can feel rest-assured that their employees receive verified SYSPRO certifications and are kept up to date with the latest SYSPRO functionality.

SYSPRO Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG)
PAYG is available to all SYSPRO partners and customers, regardless if you have purchased an SLC Plus subscription or not. You get to purchase courses online, through a secure payment gateway, that you feel are of relevance to learners that you wish to upskill.
SYSPRO Labs provides a safe environment in which to practice the utilization of SYSPRO without impacting on the business live environment. Through the purchase of bundled hours, access a SYSPRO Lab in your region and upgrade your skillset at your time and at your pace. You can further get access to an instance of SYSPRO on a test company and be able to let your customers experience the latest SYSPRO functionality.
